This Digital Product Delivery & Refund Policy applies to all digital products purchased from www.jocurieducative.ro.

The products sold on this website are digital products, mainly in PDF format. No physical products are shipped.

1. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, customers will receive access to the purchased product through one or more of the following methods:

• an email containing download information;
• a customer account download area;
• another digital delivery method used by this website.

No printed book, magazine or physical item will be shipped by post or courier.

2. No Shipping Fees

Because the products are delivered digitally, no shipping fees apply.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and for ensuring that they have the necessary device, software and internet connection to download and open PDF files.

3. Download Access

Customers should download and save their purchased files after completing the order.

5. Refund Policy

By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access to it, the customer expressly agrees that the digital content may be supplied before the expiry of any applicable withdrawal period.
